Gus thought he could hide from the deer flies. This was not exactly successful. They were the worst on Monday when we were trying to load up. The mosquito's at the cabin were nothing compared to the swarms at Caitlin & Herb's while we were unloading Monday night.

Ayla and Mckenna didn't care about anything but going to the lake. They had a lot of fun digging holes, playing with Gus, and splashing each other.

Not exactly a poster for ATV safety but we had a ball riding around. Gus usually went with us and ran along side no matter how fast you went. He is getting better about not running in front of the machine except when he wants you to slow down so he can take a breather.

It takes a lot of concentration to drive but man oh man it is fun. Ayla's driving improved each time and she is hoping maybe she will be able to go by herself before too long.
